We’re proud to have a diverse, global team where we value the individual and enrich our culture by considering varied perspectives because we believe people power progress. Join us as a Senior Program Manager and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving the execution of complex, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Sales.
This role goes beyond traditional project management. The successful candidate acts as the execution engine behind major GTM initiatives, ensuring the right work is prioritized, stakeholders are accountable, and programs deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Senior Program Manager works directly with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution, identify gaps in plans, challenge assumptions, and keep programs moving forward despite competing priorities.
This individual must be comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable, escalating risks early, and driving clarity in ambiguous environments.
Success in this role requires strong business judgment, executive communication, and the ability to influence without authority.
In this role, you will:
Program & Portfolio Management
- Lead multiple, concurrent GTM programs and initiatives across Marketing and Sales with varying levels of complexity, ambiguity, and strategic importance.
- Translate high-level strategy into clear program plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Own end-to-end execution from intake and scoping through delivery, launch, and post-implementation review.
- Establish program structure, milestones, and success metrics across complex GTM initiatives.
- Implement tools and systems (including Asana) to create visibility into execution and risks.
- Ensure teams operate from a single source of truth for priorities, timelines, and dependencies
- Design program dashboards that clearly show progress toward business outcomes, not just task completion.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, trade-offs, and interdependencies across initiatives.
- Establish and enforce clear ownership, decision rights, and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive follow-through and closure, ensuring commitments are met and escalations are handled decisively.
- Hold teams accountable to agreed-upon timelines, quality standards, and outcomes, not just activity.
- Surface delivery risks early and propose plans to achieve commitments
- Own and continuously improve program management processes, operating cadences, and delivery frameworks.
- Serve as a power user and system owner for Asana, including:
- Program and portfolio structure
- Task dependencies and critical path management
- Custom fields, dashboards, reporting, and automation
- Intake workflows and prioritization models
- Ensure consistent use of tools, templates, and best practices across teams.
- Create clarity and visibility through high-quality documentation, dashboards, and status reporting.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Product, Sales, Enablement, and Leadership.
- Act as a neutral integrator, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals and timelines.
- Influence without authority; navigate competing priorities with confidence and credibility.
- Facilitate program forums, reviews, retrospectives, and executive readouts.
- Understand broader business, product, and go-to-market strategy to anticipate downstream impacts.
- Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and scalability of PMK and Marketing operations.
- Apply lessons learned to refine future programs and processes.
- Contribute to organizational maturity by modeling strong execution, rigor, and ownership.
- 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within Marketing, Product Marketing, PMK, or GTM organizations.
- Proven track record managing large, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs.
- Demonstrated success driving accountability, execution rigor, and on-time delivery in complex environments.
- Advanced expertise in Asana (required): portfolio views, dependencies, dashboards, automation, reporting.
- Ability to handle a complex multi-product portfolio and keep track of execution across multiple time zones and team structures.
- Ability to create multi-level reporting and dashboards to share with executive leadership on exactly how programs are progressing and what actions are needed.
- Strong working knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall as appropriate).
- Experience designing and scaling operating rhythms and governance models.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities, including senior leaders.
- Clear, structured, and concise communication and documentation skills.
- High level of ownership, judgment, and problem-solving capability.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
